We are looking for a new car…we aren’t sure what to get..but we know it needs to be a smaller, gas saver. We have a big car now, and a truck…so we def. need something a little easier on gas…sheesh, gas is way too expensive right now!

We also would kinda like to get an RV….we love to travel and an RV would save a lot of hotel money!

Do you think we should get an RV? Do you have one and can offer us a little advice on buying one? What size should we get for 6 people?

When getting any of these, we will also need to think about getting a car insurance quote…or RV insurance quote….

It’s that time of year I enjoy the most…just past fathers day and just before my oldest sons birthday.  The longest time span in the year that I have no one to buy for, no one to hold a party for, etc.

Just before my sons birthday is my birthday…and I’m already working on my wish list to give anyone who makes the mistake of asking me what I would like for my special day!  ;-)

A few things that come to mind: a new car, a new house (let’s get the really big ones out of the way first), a new laptop, luxury watches, a persian kitten, a cairn terrior puppy….boy, this list could go on forever!

What I really want is a few minutes of peace…a few minutes in which my children wait on me, my husband cooks my dinner and I can sit in the living room and watch whatever I want on TV without someone pointing out that they don’t like whatever it is on the screen!

Can I have that?? Even for only a little while….

Insurance is so expensive….health insurance, car insurance, homeowners insurance, renters insurance, cheap term life insurance is hard to come by!

We know we need more insurance…if something happened to my husband I certainly couldn’t jump back in to the workforce making what he’s making now! My husband couldn’t afford to pay someone to do all the things I do here at home….insurance is just so expensive, though. But…if you have to, you should drop your cable or downsize your cable and phone to save enough money to cover the expense.

A friend of ours lost her husband recently…and it’s a very good thing they had life insurance!
