My mom is going on a trip…again.  She is finally at a point in her life where she can travel and enjoy herself a little bit.  I’m very happy for her.  She deserves it…after dealing with kids like me and my brothers?!  sheesh…that woman deserves the moon! 

So now she goes on a vacation at least a few times each year.  Tomorrow she’s leaving for North Carolina.  She’s flying…which is something I won’t do…I never liked flying very much.  I wonder if she thought to get travel insurance…she usually does.

My mom has worked every day of her life…and at a job that was less than easy (much less!) She deserves to go and do what she wants..I’m so happy for her..I’ll be even more so next year when she finally retires!
