Horse Riding

I love the clothing they sell for horseback riding.  The outfits are adorable.  I wish I could buy these for my non-riding daughters! ;-)   The little pants and the black helmets are so cute.  I know my girls would look absolutely beautiful in those outfits!  The only question is, am I willing to get them in to horseback riding lessons in order to put them in those clothes??  I don’t know…at any rate, I enjoy looking for equestrian clothing.

Am I the only one who likes the style of these clothes? Write to me if you like them, too!

Golf

Do you golf?  I just don’t get it.  I don’t understand what the fascination is with this sport.  I have no problem with others who play, I just don’t understand how it can be so exciting to so many.  My father-in-law loves the game, my husband is ok with it but he could take it or leave it.  I have other family members who play but I still just don’t get it.

I usually try to buy something golf related for family members who love the sport.  There are a lot of cute little trinkets for the golfer. I could also buy golf equipment if I knew what to buy.

I don’t know…I think I’ll just stick to the birdies in my yard. ;-)

Kids & Posture

I have four children, two of these have a problem with standing up straight.  I can’t get them to keep their shoulders back, head up, stomach in, etc, etc.  They look like they have a little hump back!  I told them if they don’t stand up straight I’m going to strap a board to them to keep them straight…that or get them a posture corrector!

Does anyone have any suggestions on getting them to stand up straight?

Headaches

I have a good friend who gets migraines quite often.  She has tried all sorts of things to rid herself of them…she hasn’t tried Botox for migraines yet, but that may be next! ;-)

Migraines are the worst kind of headache…the pain is excruciating. Some people describe a bright light they can see..even in the dark. Many must go to complete darkness. I’ve had what I believe are migraines, but luckily it has only been a few times.

Do you get migraines? What do you do to help to relieve the pain?
