Losing Weight is always difficult…it just comes easier to some people, though.

Take my neighbor, for instance…she decided she needed to lose about ten pounds….two months later she lost 30. Makes me sick. :-(

lose weight the healthy way…eat right, exercise and watch your calories. Fad diets don’t work…they may seem to work at first, but you’ll pay for it in the long run.

Be sure and take a multi-vitamin any time you’re trying to lose weight. Most people mess up a bit while dieting and miss out on a few important nutrients…
